Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order for our standard stocked products at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us directly.

Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For larger and custom orders, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Conditions

When returning products, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Products and packaging must be in like-new condition, meaning no scratches, dings, bent corners, or any signs of use.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is securely packed and protected from damage during the return shipping. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@itglows.ca with photos of the issue, and we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Please note, if the item was purchased using a promotional code, the value of the code will not be refunded. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items, ensuring they meet our return conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@itglows.ca within 30 days of receiving your product. If the return is due to our error, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.

Refund Timing

Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. This period includes the time taken for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), process your return (3 to 5 business days), and for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To expedite this process, please provide the tracking number for the return shipment.

Refund Options

For returns, you can choose between:

  • Cash Refund: Receive a refund of your purchase total minus a 25% restocking fee.
  • Store Credit: Receive full credit of your product total, credited to your account.

Please note, shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
